This construction offers high mechanical strength, excellent insulation, and strong anti‑pollution flashover performance. Models JH10‑90 and JH10‑120 offer rated mechanical loads of 90kN and 120kN respectively. Colours can be red, brown, grey, or customised. Production complies with IEC, GB, BS, ANSI, and AS standards.

The critical interface between the core rod and silicone rubber is sealed using dedicated vulcanisation equipment to ensure long‑term reliability. Each piece undergoes power‑frequency withstand voltage testing and mechanical tensile testing before shipment, verifying both electrical and mechanical properties. Customization & Ordering
