In-depth research and analysis of power fittings

The power fittings industry is a pillar industry in power generation, with a history of several decades in my country. Under the guidance of the power sector, the production and sales of power fittings have gradually become industrialized. The main demand for power fittings comes from the power grid engineering industry. Power engineering is primarily influenced by national policies, and in recent years, the construction of power projects in my country has been continuously strengthened, leading to a steady increase in the demand for power fittings, which has brought new development opportunities to the industry. Since the implementation of product production licenses for power fittings, there are now over 210 licensed enterprises, including 3 foreign-invested enterprises, covering more than 410 product units. Manufacturers are distributed throughout the country, with Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces having the most, accounting for more than one-third of the total. Enterprises vary greatly in product units, varieties, and production scale, with annual output values ​​ranging from several million to several hundred million yuan. Currently, there are approximately 30 companies with production qualifications for 500kV transmission and transformation fittings, 15 companies producing 750kV transmission and transformation fittings, and 11 companies producing 1000kV ultra-high voltage transmission and transformation fittings. These companies possess strong production capabilities and high management standards, placing them in a leading position in the current power fitting market. The number of product units obtained by certified companies varies; over 50 companies have obtained certificates for four product units. Companies with production qualifications for 500kV and above line fittings generally have at least one product unit certificate. Companies with two or three product units mostly do not produce malleable cast iron products due to environmental reasons. Companies with one product unit mostly produce malleable cast iron products and preformed fittings. Preformed fittings are mainly used for OPGW and ADSS optical cables, with over a dozen manufacturers such as PLP. Companies with only one product unit typically only produce vibration dampers or fittings for insulated conductors; these companies are generally not very large.
